yesterday morning when i went to bed at 5:15 AM, i realized that could very likely have been the last time i'll make a crazy road trip to see a show. and that's sad. people think we're crazy for driving 3 or 4 or 5 hours to see a show, but it's never really struck me as unreasonable. but i know i'll probably never do it again. i dont want to grow old.

yes nate, it's true, your life is almost over. before you know it you won't even want to drive an hour for a show.
i must admit andy, when i thought about growing up and never driving to shows anymore, i thought of you.
