What are the Adz

It's a beautiful Sabbath. The wife and kid are napping. At 12:52, I've already consumed too much coffee for one day. I've been waiting for this free moment for over a week, and so, I am about to finally immerse myself in Sufjan Steven's The Age of Adz for the first time. The best audio options are iPod earbuds. I'll take it. Unusual for moments like these, I'm going in with realistic expectations, maybe even expecting to be disappointed, or at least puzzled. I'll let you know how it goes.
