ludicrous illogical arguments and thought patterns heard from various students today in historic christian belief (which reinforced my previous statement about requiring philosophy majors):

"if you believe in an age of accountability, wouldnt parents just kill their kids so that they are sure they go to heaven?"

"in god's eyes, there isnt much difference between a week and eighteen years, so what's the difference between getting baptized as an infant or an adult?"

"what if an older person has alzheimers and can't make any rational decisions? do they re-enter an age of accountability?"

"one practical problem with infant baptism is if you live in an area with bad water and baptize an infant, they could get sick."
